Like I have said all along, any divy will in essence be a 1 for 200 reverse split and they have zero revenues. No one in their right mind thinks that they will have two revenue producing shells operating when they still have nothing producing revenue. The old shell well die out. They have to clean up shares and they know it. Announcing no reverse split has left them few other options. Watch and learn why 28 billion share stocks in this market never go past .0001 by .0002 no matter what they PR and do.
