THIS WAS BAD NEWS FOR LONG-TERM SHAREHOLDERS. AS IS EVIDENCED BY THE DECLINING SHARE PRICE AND MOUNTING DEBT!

Increasing debt load is not good for long-term shareholders. How could you even think so? As evidenced by the non-movement in the PPS, there is not much encouragement in this latest filing.
