Looks like an increase of $2 billion to O/S, 456 Million to float and 4.1 billion to A/S according to otcmarkets.
Confirming SS with TA will confirm amount of increases after 12/31/11.

Before March 14 2012, otcmarkets was showing 1,886,502 O/S, 637,369 float and 900,000,000 A/S.
