Think about it.....

With the new low share structure, should the PPS drop it would be cheap to gain full controll above and beyond the preferred share power..... (which is increased post RS) 2 ways this can go, 1 the company starts seeing revenues hand over fist and the PPS rises or 2 the PPS continues on its downward spiral and the common shareholders are bought out upon a board approved offer.... (at a deep loss for many) Fitty fitty shot.....

All IMO of course...
