5CAP I went back and the last time they mentioned beneficial ownership was the 2010 annual report. I don't no if he has acquired shares since but I doubt it. Considering Matt has been with the company since inception...... don't you find this odd???
Why is an inside director who has been their that long not have a single share. Is he looking out for the best interest of the shareholders.....???
