May be it will happen because the Nevada filing showed the new President and last director...the 10k filling would give more on that subject IMO and hope to see the new outlook if any to the company's direction and objectives...

thanks for your input and your comments... You did help many get some cheap shares while thy lasted. Did you buy yours ???
