OEM's can have patented tech / processes that contribute to their worth / value. I don't know MWWC on that level, but just wondering if the company had those types of assets under their belt that could potnetially be of interest to a third party....then the issuance of that specific class of shares would make more sense to me. They could have done a simple increase of AS if they were planning to use it for straight financing purposes.

I agree with you, I think those shares implies something is in the works...hoping it's positive. I want to think the volume yesterday was the result of those note holders recognizing shares in hand will ultimately be worth more than the note iteslf...and the time to turn that note into shares is now. As you said, time will tell.
