Patents?? MWWC isn't in the market of patents; it's an OEM parts supplier for major auto manufacturers... and now industrial manufacturers. They produce products to the customer's specifications. OEM... that means authorized supplier of new parts, repair parts and replacement parts. Patents are irrelevant as an authorized and tested OEM supplier.

BTW, voting rights... "A copy of the Retention Agreement is attached to this report as Exhibit 3. As a result, these four persons obtained majority voting power of the Company." Don't know the extent of the consequences, but I'm sure we'll find out. This may be the best thing to happen to the company or not; don't know. It definitely eliminates any possibilty of a hostile takeover.
