Question concerning OEDV.ob ... ????

OEDV made a profit in 2011 because of

their 2nd Quarter profit. But this profit

does NOT appear to be from the sale of

Oil/Gas. Did they sell some leases in

the 2nd Quarter for about $3-million ???
