Was this an attempt to rid NIR of notes in which fraud and manipulation were blatant?
Has there been a list compiled by anyone as to which notes were contained in the transactions?
I recall a PR claiming a $20 mil. fertilizer contract was signed late in '08 by Kiwa. This turned out not to be true and Kiwa denied the PR. I believe they still have the disclaimer on their website. All the while there was massive dumping, due to conversions.

If Kiwas notes were sold by Ribotsky, who owns them and are they still valid?
