In the last 10K,and previous filings, they always have the same blurb:

"We have not yet been qualified to be a contractor, and have done no business yet, with the U.S. Government (although our recently acquired subsidiary GTC has done so) and if we fail to so qualify, our ability to generate revenues would be severely affected."

What I'd like to know is are they actively trying to qualify? Where are they in the process?
