For a stock at this PPS this is about as transparent as the get. Most pennies are not fully reporting like this one. I agree that a gagged TA is a concern but it is nice to see a company in pennyland that is willing to answer questions like ECDC has been. Gagged TA's are pretty common down here in pennyland.
