***UWBK holding comapny recount outstanding shares & update in YAHOO
***OTS/OCC replaced the "representatives ".......OCC agent John Walsh replaced OTS agent John Bowman(seized UWBK Bank).,,, But OCC lawsuit lead counsel Mr. Robert & John Walsh all withdrawed from the lawsuit listing...........New "negotiating expert" OCC attorney coming to the court !!!
***OTS/OCC/FDIC still can't provide the "completed Administraction Record".......since lawsuit begining till now !!!
1)The low-ball settlement has been on the table since Jan.2012......(confidential)......
2)UWBK filed Bankruptcy to :
(a)push the Fed. court lawsuit case(against OCC/OTS) closing as soon as possible.
(b)Stop the Debtors payment till the lawsuit has been solved and reoganization of the new company............(claimed $2.2 assets loss refund)
(c)Manipulated the common shares pps
3)I believe UWBK may ask:* Charter Bank + $400 million cash capital fund OR
*$500 million----$900 million cash settlement for "UWBK New Comapany"...............................................................There is a OTS/(OCC)FDIC/UWBKQ settlement is in negotiation but not completed ......................so far !!!
***UWBKQ shareholders can be rewarded $4---$10/pps after FDIC settlement deal releasing out!!!
