Mesa, Let me clarify my thinking:

"UWBKQ shareholders are looking for OCC/OTS to submit a request for a delay on June 13th 2012 because the two parties are negotiating a settlement....."

I mean: If a OTS/(OCC)FDIC/UWBKQ settlement is in negotiation but not completed the OCC/OTS does not want the judge to rule and wants to delay the process I would expect a request for a delay on June 13th, 2012 because OTS/(OCC)FDIC/UWBKQ is negotiating settlement.
