bcap... there won't be any News coming from here today, but I can inform the board that as of April 11th 2012 a case was initiated and the proof of the scheme should result in the end of Dwyer in the market - - so as far as Dwyer shutting down bcap and moving to a different shell, Matt, don't bank on it.

Now. a bcap reverse split?
