I hope you are right, but would not have been easier for JPM to give equity our tax refund to pay us $1 for the old shares. They would still have made money on the deal. If the seal documents and insider trading was so powerful why settle for peanuts? This is why Im doubtful we get a big payday. On top of that we dont know any of the specifics on the deal that was made may be we never will.
