Did he say $75 million + $125 million credit + NOLs was everything we get, and absolutely nothing more, ever? Since we haven't heard anything recent, no press releases or financials, can we say we do not know definitely what the true value of the company is? Still choking on my deleted post? If I say I have $5 worth of nickels in a jar and I do not mention the positive balance of my bank accounts, the value of my stock portfolio, and all other cash on hand, does that mean all I have in your world is a jar of nickels, without a doubt? I never doubted the second statement in your reply, I never mentioned the second statement. I'm saying we don't have enough info for the other poster to determine whether or not he has already lost. We don't know what we are worth yet. Nobody has told us what we are worth yet. Selling before we find out is foolish to me. SG will have a hard time finding future clients if they completely screw us. Thousands of shareholders that stick it out for 3.5 years in a battle against JPMC and FDIC are not the type to pull a fast one on, especially if they are the ones paying your bills and buying you cars and homes. Besides that, attorneys like to win, it seems to have a positive impact on future business. Nobody has heard a word about FDIC and what they may be contributing. We granted them releases. They are largely to blame for this whole mess. I am not ruling out the possibility that they are going to be paying us for those releases, but on the hush-hush, as to avoid ruining themselves by letting it get out that they screwed the most successful bank of it's time. How would every other bank feel about that? No, I have no proof and no link, it's just an optimistic and overlooked thought. As soon as we find out "a fair and more than reasonable" compensation is losing even more money than we already have, I'll eat my words, my hat and my shoe.
