In my point of view :

1) HBRM trying/tried/want to close gap at 0.0150 . (There is a gap also at 0.010).
2) MM's using this to shake out and buy more shares.
3) HBRM will announce dist. agreement with CHRI. which will expand thier potetial market by 1 billion+.
4) I am confused only regarding CHRI. what do you know about it and how powerful it is ?
