Far from true.

Many of us shake our heads in disbelief as unsupported allegations in what passes for the defense of Bordynuik et al suddenly achieve the status of the undiluted truth.

SEC is going to be mightily unimpressed by the manner in which JBII and its officers have attempted to deflect attention from their fraud by this latest stunt.

JB will lose this case.


The only question is will he take the company with him, and if so will it matter, given that it's smoke and mirrors anyway?
