Now that ALL OF US finally agree that the case is virtually dead and will never see a court room just like over 97% of cases which are usually far worse yet always settle for peanuts, if not thrown out entirely (as often happens), we can get back to debating various magnitudes of success we speculate JBII is at based on quantities of fuel produced and sold, and how much minimum fuel we think JBII should produce and sell within a month of production.

On that note, I do find it interesting that the "line in the sand" drawn by some is JBII must make and sell more fuel in 30 days than the much touted Agilyx has done in 9 years. LOL

(last check Agilyx has produced 6000 barrels since birth which is 200 barrels a day for 30 days -- JBII will be doing more than that, every 30 days, with the solid waste amendment approval coming shortly vs. Agikyx over 9 years)
