Again that is the one of the misconceptions that people always say about the whole float being traded. Yes 100 million plus shares are traded but there not all buys so as a result the entire float can't be locked up. So lets say 100 million shares are traded if 70 million are buys and 30 million are sales an additional 40 million of the float is locked up. That number can go down if the next day there are more sales then buys. So like i said the float isn't locked up. The last buyout where the float was locked up when Robert Sillerman had a buyout with GWAY. The buyout was for .03 cents and the stock when to $5 over the next two days because the float was actually locked up. It is very rare. It can happen here depending on the news on Tuesday. We will see.
