Carl-Henric Svanberg new President and CEO of Ericsson, effective April 8, 2003.
Media and analysts are hereby invited to a press conference in Stockholm, today,
February 6.
The press conference will begin at 11.45 a.m. CET at Operaterrassen, Stockholm.
The press conference is open for journalists and analysts. At the press
conference Henry Stenson, Senior Vice President, will give a short introduction,
followed by contributions from Michael Treschow, Ericsson's chairman, Kurt
Hellstrom, CEO and President of Ericsson and Carl-Henric Svanberg. Their
introductions will be held in English. Thereafter, Henry Stenson will open up
for a Q and A-session, where you are welcome to ask questions in English or
Swedish. Ericsson also invites financial analysts and investors to a conference
call with Michael Treschow, Ericsson's chairman. The conference call begins
today at 4:00 p.m. CET (3:00 p.m. UK time, 10:00 a.m. Eastern Time U.S and 12:00
p.m. local time Japan). Please call in at least 15 minutes before the conference
call begins. Considering the expected high number of callers, it might take some
