I contacted the ceo, that share trade is not legitimate and he is reporting it to the otc market. No new shares are available for trading yet. Broker said it is usually 7 to 10 days before new shares are issued and cleared by sec. Yes the coo is the key to everything. Everything is moving along nicely. Their main objective is to get the share price above a dollar and move on to the big board. That's when the big interest will take place.
