Sixty five percent drop in share price after split. So on the old basis, this means name change and split moved the stock from 5 cents to 1.75 cents and still no volume at all other than the few shares to created the drop. Seems very suspicious despite the letter from the new CEO. Research shows none of the principals really have any startup experience I could find and most of the Chairman seems to have been in small time staff augmentation for IT work.....? The COO appears to be the key to the firm.
They need cash in a hurry along with substantial orders to generate interest and then hire a market maker. I believe in the device and that it does work. Sign up some regional resellers/distributors quickly to get the ball rolling.
