I find it amazing that you actually talked to Rod?!?!? Many of us on this board have reached out to Rod over the last several months with very limited success and you actually talked to him on the phone? Do you know Rod personally? How did you contact him? Did he answer the phone or call you back? Also, I don't recall seeing you on the board until the last day or so, what got your interest?

Sorry for all the questions but this strikes me as very odd.
