I talked with him for quite awhile..... He didn't say anything at all about funding......he just said that he was going to file the 10k by April 20th... This could mean anything..... I've waited on 10ks before that had no relevant info.... So basically this is a gamble... A crapshoot.....the company has been trying to get funding for this project for approximately a year.....people on the board have been saying funding could come any day...for at least six months... He seemed busy..... I sold today.......am looking to try and get in lower... Before the 20th. After talking with him though... I do get the sense that funding this project has been difficult....it in no way has been easy....that the company has given it their best shot.....it may not get funded....that they are still diluting for expenses.......and that they have diluted millions and millions of shares....I also feel that they mean well...that Rod believes in this project..That he really believes this mine could produce 5/mill ibs of copper a year.....and that the mine could be up and running at full capacity 3 months after funding....The reality is these are tough times....and there is not much venture capitalism out there.....it's doubtful that this will be funded.....but it may..... It's a crapshoot....im going to wait till next week to invest again.
