If the selling of shares for capital has stopped, which it appears to have. If the 10k is good or has health guidance this could run over three day to 10 cents easy. The only reason runs have been stopped is because of comversion of debt to shares. If revenues can begin to pay debt then we will easily be in the 20s by the summer.
