I don't even find the current price drop particularly 'annoying' - and not horribly shocking Roach58.

The primary problem as I see it is - nobody outside of the BOD 'inner circle' has a clue what the company is (or is not) actually worth.

Nobody outside that circle knows what deals (or lack of them) the BOD has in the works. Without that information being relatively common knowledge, we have no idea how it is that our new company will make use of its primary resource/asset - Tax Breaks on Future earnings.

Uncertainty is almost alwas a shareprice killer as risk must be managed and some have different tolerances for risk or methods of managing it.

The impatient & disappointed are bailing out because we don't have any real idea what is going on - and we didn't 'instantly' jump in value.

I didn't expect anything particularly huge to happen quickly anyway. So long I remain.
