IMO 2013 will be a Milestone for ECDC
2012 is a building year. Once WetWinds and StudentConnect have been up and running for a year and is remotely successfuly...it is very possible to be near a $1 IMO
Also 2013 would be the year the Share Structure would be addressed. Or perhaps even later this year?
ECDC is like the upcoming Avengers. Each Division like the Superheros I believe could be strong enough to stand alone...but together you have something truly Epic
It doesnt matter much if the PPS back then was $80 or not, or what it traded prior to today. IMO after WetWinds is released this is when I believe the turnaround will really begin... ;)

***Understand that Millions of dollars of ECDC debt or less can be eliminated one or few multimillion dollar deals or nice Rev generation from ONE or more of FOUR ECDC divisions***
****Do your Math that even at 950,000,000 shares A/S that is 237,500,000 per Division***
***Also understand that A/S is not Outstanding*****A/S can be cancelled/retired****
***So what happens if the O/S is over 600 million or more? See line below***

Will ECDC become a Monster this time next year? Who knows? But IMO chances are pretty good, the story later this year and next year might be very very different for 'East Coast Diversified Corp Holdings. And that is why I am holding
When confronted with ECDC Fear, ECDC Anxiety and ECDC doubt please arm yourself with knowledge about business building, patience, strength and understanding motivation
