But why would insiders not sell their shares if it's a scam? I agree with most of what you said. But eventually the insiders running the scam need to make their money by dumping the worthless shares on the public. We've both seen companies where the scam CEO dumps all possible shares, maxes out the A/S, increases the A/S, dumps more shares, does an R/M when it hits tz1 or no bid, wash, rinse, repeat.

Here there is nothing of that kind. Yes they did a promo last summer but the float and O/S have barely budged compared to other pinks that aren't scams.

It all depends on the selling and if the stock is being held up by insiders.
