I'm not sure of the whole past story here but I'm going to say that while they were dark they were building and running real and profitable companies so they haven't done the usual pinky game of running the company on the investors dime ---But it is still a mystery what the sales are looking like for the d5 line. Could be good. It's an impressive product line.
