Pennyworld, If Fazis was truthful in his comments about the dilution of shares, I am estatic.

Why would you pay for IR firm to introduce ctkh to institutions? No institutions are interested in a .002 priced stock.

When looking for acquisitions Cash is the king.

Either Fazis is lying, stupid to issue shares knowing that institutions have 0 interest in subpenny stock, or very good news and complete turnaround is in progress with Fazis looking for ctkh to explode on the market followed by shareprice.
