21st Century 2006......Wave's share count was 36 million post reverse split
21st Century 2012.......Wave's share count is 91 million today & will approach
100 million by years end through the ATM.

The dilution rate has increased in the post split period..........

Will you be mourning the valuation of your house after the
next reverse split?.......or again is this all of no concern or meaning
