This is the great thing about a mesage board its a platform to express your opinion and we dont have to see eye to eye on everything.

As previously stated I dont think companys that are backed like you stated go out looking for capitol injections. Especially if they have a sound buisness plan and feel 100% confident in what they are doing. So for me backin off out or away from the JV is a good thing. As you stated she was offering cash and shares. Why not keep that working capitol in house and see what Diante can do with it. The appointment of Diante doesnt dilute the company in my eyes and it provides a sense of instant credibility when the man asks for someones time. IMO this is something that will be better for shareholders. Short or long term.
