I would guess she probably offered them a substantial amount of shares and money. Otherwise it would make no sense for them to be involved in a JV with MPIX. At the time this was done the share price was 80% higher. One would think if they produced revenue and she produced music revenue all of us shareholders would be happy.
The question is did both perform under what ever their terms were under their JV agreement. Remember she announced the JV agreement in Jan.
