They don't determine the buyout amount ONLY based on the stock price! There are many factors that have to be weighed to determine a fair price! And I'm not even an expert and I can make a GREAT argument as to why THIS COMPANY is worth $25-50 million dollars, and that's being VERY CONSERVATIVE IMO!
