They didn't seem concern too much when their stock was trading at .008 months ago. So, maybe they now would like to see the stock get back to that level which was caused by the last delisting. That way if there is a merger and the stock is again back to sub .01 and they get a .05 buyout settlement it will look good and a few shareholders will make money.
