Ha! We'll see. If TIVU is a threat to LNET and LNET can persuade TIVU to provide programming and ad insertion for them, why wouldn't Shiva do it? It's a win win for both. LNET doesn't need to find a way around TIVU's patented technology when they can just outsource through TIVUs. TIVUs is looking for contracts and the more they can get and the sooner they can get them, the sooner they can get favorable financing and a foothold in the industry. I think there is a better chance of TIVU partnering with a competitor than with a specific hotel chain. Just saying...
