This is day traders making a few bucks every day, maybe occasionally someone closing a position but i don't see wholesale dumping, for the past few days there has been a 45+ million bid at .0004 if it was dumping those orders would have been filled, all this BS about massive dump, dilution,etc just don't hold water. I may be wrong but so far there is no proof anything other than a little manipulation and profit taking has taken place.
