I sure wish that statement were true but it's not. Have seen it too many times where the company swears up and down it's not diluting and Bam here comes the filing!! Wow where did all those shares come from? Sad thing to say but I never trust management.

Ever notice how it's a penny for your thoughts, yet you put in your two-cents? Someone is making a penny on the deal!
