I'm not sure why there is this newfound criticism for management following the release of the 10K. I posted before its release that the 10K would disappoint (see post #135718) and, sure enough, management did not disappoint in delivering a 10K that disappointed. So IMO no one should have been surprised by the dismal results.

What I am surprised by is bankinonit's recent show of frustration. I mention this because bankinonit has always been a rock solid supporter of management and this company, and this is the first time I can remember him/her posting some criticism. Well, bankinonit, you're not alone. I think most of us here are frustrated -- some longer than others. And I, for one, am p*ssed off about the share price being at this level after all these years.

Still, with that said, I was a little heartened to learn that last year's results were not as bad as I expected them to be. As mide points out, the year over year results are rather "remarkable." Even revenue was better than I expected (although no one on this board still can tell me whether this revenue is real or some accounting gimmick).

Another surprise for me was that there was no press release that accompanied the 10K. I think management had every right to provide some comments in a PR touting the big improvements they made to the balance sheet. To me, by not commenting, it sends the wrong message that they aren't particularly proud of the 10K results.

As many have pointed out, Clark and Estrella have a lot to prove. Can they deliver contracts? I hope so. Can they deliver them in the next three months? I don't know. All I do know is that if they don't, I'm out of here. I believe C & E have made a lot of progress with turning around this company. But I think, at this point, they get a little more credit than they deserve. If previous managements had the deep pockets that these guys possess, maybe they could have righted the ship sooner as well.

" Heck...Clark has bet a ranch on it happening..."

Heck, so have I -- so have many of us. I live in a small one bedroom apartment because I bet so much on this company.

"...they have had their wallets tested unlike any other management team previously."

We shareholders have had our wallets tested as well. And, I might add, our wallets have been tested for many, many more years than current management's.

Hurry up, Clark and Estrella. We're not going to wait light years for you to "capture 2%-5% of the airship market.
