Put in a PR? LOL

PRs really don't mean much. Look at the PRs that were put out by Taylor and then Smuda about all the revenue that "wholly owned subsidiaries"(like STEP) were making for the stuckholders.

How much revenue has STEP, a Jan. PR "acquisition" that we have recently found out was actually "acquired" in Oct. according to a
"filing" that has had "signed contracts already in place?"

Who was this form 15 filed with because it hasn't been filed with the SEC? After all, Don has filed the paperweork with the SEC to stop filing with the SEC.

I'm sure they would like to see it, as it contains statements in it that contradicts other statements in it. More on the discrepancies(contradictions) later.
