Preferred question (new that is)
I try to read virtually all posts and material, so don't jump me if this has been asked and answered.
Can the new preferreds be sold or issued, not on the open market? I would think this might be a way to generate massive capital to use toward a merger without a fundamental change in onwership.
Or maybe Willie and the new BOD will just bestow them upon themselves.
