Did you happen to catch the Zimmi Coupound, or Doug in the Yeye compound, or any of the rice storage warehouses, or the peanut warehouse?
I see stone walls around these compounds with stone or stucco buildings and metal roofs. These are substantial buildings.
Sounds to me like more of the SGCP "influences" at work here to disparage the company's efforts by any and all ways possible. Just more of the same.
