if you read my earlier explanation on this board you will understand what is going on! you are right. there is 5million os, 2.8million float and 5 billion authorized. those new authorized shares aare not part of the outstanding yet. if you read my earlier post you would know that the new authorized shares are what they will use to bring in more cash. in other words these a/s will be used to eventially used to dilute this stock in the future. but they will let this small float explode way to the upside before they start selling them. this is what all penny stocks do to keep raising money! read my earlier post for a complete explanation.
