1.) The aqusition that was announced a month or 2 ago, I understand the window of opportunity lapsed and the deal is no longer on the table, TRUE/FALSE?

2.) The leases that were held by ACYD on some houses or another name on the lease involving ACYD, I read some court documents and other information that tells me there are no leases or current tennants paying ACYD, TRUE/FALSE?

Oh and since it is and was public knowledge before, please do not reply with it is inside information.

3.) Are there current tennants and how many?

4.) Currently I believe ACYD is an empty shell, TRUE/FALSE?
