I did the same thing. When they called me and said to send it to GA I was like You already have it with my ballots in New jersey. I overnighted it anyways to the GA location.

Just got off the phone with eturd. Apparently after looking at my transaction history I can see 3x 30 dollar charges. I already complained and showed them the message about only supposed to be charged 1 fee for all 4 securities. I can see the 1 30 dollar credit but then they charged me another 30 dollar fee the same day they credited me for the last screw up.. ugh my head hurts. I assume this new fee has something to do with what just happened today with the H's, but all the same I complained because i am supposed to only get charged 1 30 dollar fee for everything and I aint letting them nickel and dime me. Heck if i didnt call in these two times they would have stolen 60 bucks from me.


If I dont see the 2 credits hit my cash account in 3 business days I am going to raise hell with them lol.


Even if you selected pro rata werent you limited to a specific amount and the rest is supposed to get paid in cash? or run off notes or whatever they call it?
