Pondering it a bit more, I'm with you Mike. We have a CEO that had a 10 yr term at Symmetricomm - that's 40 qtrs of reporting. He knows exactly what he's doing. He wants a good weekend. I told the guy that emailed me that shareholders are eagerly awaiting the results. (I'm sure he needed to know that, lol). There's not much way to go down from 3 mill in revs per qtr when shipments didn't start until December. There is some good up though.

Is it going to make me jump for joy if they go to 6 mill in revenues for the qtr? No. Will it raise my interest if they go to 6 mill and say they've struck one or 2 major deals? Yes, probably. I really think that for this past year end, the only thing that's going to REALLY blow anyone away and create excitement is somewhere around 15-20 mill in revenues for the qtr and some kind of serious deals with name customers. The former would be tough, the latter is a possibility, IMHO.

Re-reading that release and emphasizing the critical components, I want details on the boldfaced stuff:

today announced that its manufacturing operations are currently in the midst of shipping commercial parts to several of its customers world-wide. Parts delivery began this past December with continuing shipmentsscheduled for the months ahead.

President and CEO Tom Steipp commented, “We are very excited about the use of amorphous alloy technology to deliver stronger, lighter, and more corrosion resistant parts to our customers in varying industries globally. These initial shipments represent a significant milestone in our efforts to provide a new class of materials for our customers to consider when designing complex parts.”

Warren Buffett spent eight years working with it before discarding it as worthless. What investment strategy is that? Technical analysis - aka CHARTS
