you are correct that sometimes stocks will flatline for even months. but because the float is so low this will pop soon. i've seen these stocks with this kind of low float go up 1000% with absolutey no pr or any known event. this will skyrocket purely on supply and demand initially. ive bought in the last 10 days what i could get with out causing a major rise. good luck! may the best man win and profit!
