No, right now we are undervalue so our stock price will go up, and whatever revenue GDSM will make from it cut in the J/V is better because by itself it would have devalue the stock keeping it undervalue; so, by having a J/V it will make less revenue for GDSM but it will increase the stock value the most because it wouldn't devalue the share-structure overtime.IMO
